The correct approach to angst, is to use it as fuel.
Whether it is the angst of being broke
Or the angst of not getting the girl(s) you want
Or the existential crisis of life…
There is a good way to handle it and a bad way to handle it.
Using it as fuel is the way forward.
Because you can always be better and these experiences are showing you that you NEED to be better.
Does your girlfriend think you’re a fuckin’ worthless loser? GOOD! Pick up the phone and start dialling!
If you think she’s an 11, you are bound to get dumped by her…
Understand this!! Because thinking someone is an 11 and getting ditched by them are synonymous! Think deeply about this, about the energy flow of it, and about how their “reaction to your reaction” is inevitable.
If you’ve experienced being high status, and the effect that people being over-enamoured actually has on you, you will understand exactly what I am talking about. When someone “fancies you more than they ought to” i.e. when their reaction to you is a lot stronger than your reaction to them…. it has a repellent effect on you. Even if you thought she was alright, if she is suddenly “on you like glue”…. it’s super unattractive. It’s just how it is – and even more so for her, because if she is superfine then she probably gets this every damn time she goes out the door. It gets very old after a while – and she can ALWAYS sense it.
The only way forward is to be better.
There’s infinite headroom in this game. You can level up into infinity; the only limit is you.
And as the saying goes, the ladder of success is not crowded at the top.
It’s not about how much you say you want it, it’s about how hard you are actually prepared to work for it.
Level up!!!!
Whether it is sports, music, business, getting girls or any other field of endeavour…
“You win your trophies at practice, you just pick them up at competitions.”
It’s like that. Preparation is everything. And you really do have to give it your all.
So find that girl. The 11. The one who turns you inside out. Get brushed off casually by her, as if you were a fly.
And then channel all of that energy into your art, your work, your self improvement.
